Deputies with the Windham County Sheriff were stationed around the Bellows Falls Union High School in Westminster on Thursday morning after a threat of violence by a former student.
WESTMINSTER — A threat of violence by a former Bellows Falls Union High School student prompted a heightened law enforcement presence at the school on Thursday.
According to emails to the BFUHS community sent by Superintendent Andrew Haas and Principal Kelly O'Ryan Wednesday evening, the former student was in custody and the Vermont State Police is investigating.
