Plans to demolish the former Professional Building and the house next door are being proposed to the Wilmington Development Review Board.
WILMINGTON — After permits were issued to the property owner for uncompleted projects in the past, the Development Review Board raised doubts over new plans to demolish 3 and 5 Main St.
Eric Silverstein, owner of the properties at 3 and 5 Main St. since 2013, is seeking approval for demolition and site stabilization in the village district in hopes of building affordable housing.
