BRATTLEBORO — Melrose Place is set to be redeveloped for senior housing.
"Brattleboro Housing Partnerships continues to seek ways to collaborate and meet the needs of residents in the community," Christine Hazzard, executive director of BHP, said at the organization's annual meeting on Monday.
Hazzard announced that remaining buildings in West Brattleboro, now considered out of the floodway, will be redeveloped for 31 new households for seniors.
